YES, phew life has been an amazing journey with intense struggle for me - but Yoga saved me, and still saves me - it took me several years to just kick out in standing forehead to knee in Bikram and hold the posture in stillness and peace. Thanks to those who share my story of loss and rebirth; it's a universal story of hope and renewal. Remember this let no one put you down, and have faith, even when you think you are in hell and all is lost ... a miracle will one day happen, a saving grace will be bestowed, and you shall rise again into something splendid and great. This is the message behind this song Someday - the battles have been worth it, out of hardship an unexpected miracle is born!
